Normally, we think of integrity as limited to how someone gives and keeps their word, but there are many other types of integrity in a business: structural, financial, moral, ethical, as well as personal.
It could be said that any problem in a business originates from a specific integrity issue, but all too often we instead put the blame where it’s NOT being sourced. In other words, something is not working because it’s actually designed not to work. Of course, things like that are hard to see right away. No one would intentionally do that. If it was obvious, we would fix it immediately.
