No, the most important question in marketing something to someone who hasn’t purchased from you before is:
“Do they trust me enough to believe my promises?”
Earn trust, earn trust, earn trust. The rest will take care of itself. In fact, if you’re not focused on some version of earning trust, you’re likely working on things that are in some way selling yourself short.
