How Do You Move People to 100% Capacity?

To carry from the last post, we learned many employees report working well beneath their full capacity. And their reason starts with a lack of acknowledgement. Notice that what they didn’t say is, “I am over worked and underpaid.” Most employers mistakenly assess a lack of performance with a need to offer better financial incentives. Big mistake.

What we’re hearing from employees is that they really want and need to be acknowledged, appreciated, and better utilized. Yes! Money is a form of acknowledgement, but that’s the least you can do to acknowledge them.

So, let’s say you have 20 to 30 employees, and you could put something affordable in place that moved their productivity from 32% of capacity to around 75% or more of their capacity. Would you do it???
