Once you have a meeting structure in place, you have a powerful structure into which you can drop coaching. Think of each of these steps – Accountability, Metrics, Weekly Meeting – as management tools. Commitment Management being one of the more powerful.
Commitment Management, or Promise Based Management is a way of taking responsibility before the fact, rather than finding out what happened at the end of the week or month. By then, it’s too late to change anything.
