Do they feel they are doing their best? Do they ask for help to do better? How many weekly requests for coaching do you get to improve an individual’s performance? Monthly, annually?
How you answer these questions defines what lives in the culture of your business. Obviously, a business culture committed to exploring the extension of each person’s boundaries and limitations will be far more productive and profitable.
